I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming for over 3 years and became a qualified counsellor, mentor, and trainer. I also hold a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and a diploma in Global Leadership. This extensive education gave me the tools to understand human behaviour, develop leadership skills, and adopt a goal-oriented mindset.
After over 14 years of work experience in leadership roles, I decided to start Alejandro Ortiz Consulting, a consulting firm that helps clients identify their genius and purpose to have a clear direction in life. Using proven coaching methods and a unique approach, I enable clients to realise their true intentions and improve their consciousness to take mindful action towards their goals. After all, decision-making should be a conscious process.
